E-Bike Application Document Checklist

Use this checklist before opening the official application portal. Requirements can change by phase, so compare the list with the fields shown at bikes.punjab.gov.pk on the day you apply.

Applicant information

• Valid CNIC or B-Form information accepted by the current portal
• A mobile number registered to the person specified by the current application rules
• Current address and Punjab residence or campus information
• A working email address you can access throughout verification

Education records

• Institution name, campus and programme
• Student registration or roll number
• Current enrolment evidence, student card or certificate if requested

Driving document

Prepare the licence, learner permit or juvenile permit accepted by the current phase. Check the number and expiry date before submission. Do not rely on an older article if the portal requires a different document.

Guarantor and financing information

• Guarantor CNIC and contact details, where required
• Relationship to the applicant
• Income or banking evidence requested by the financing partner
• Clear scans of every page requested by the portal

File-quality check

1. Use clear, complete images with all corners visible.
2. Confirm that names and numbers match across documents.
3. Use the file format and size shown on the portal.
4. Open each uploaded file before submitting.
5. Save the application ID and submission confirmation.

Upload documents only to the official government portal. This independent website does not accept CNICs, documents, OTP codes, passwords or payments.
