Maryam Ki Dastak 2026: 76+ Government Services at Home, App & Helpline

What is the CM E-Bike Scheme?

The Chief Minister’s E-Bike Scheme is a Government of Punjab initiative, delivered through the Transport & Mass Transit Department in partnership with the Bank of Punjab (financing) and the Punjab Information Technology Board (computerized balloting). It helps eligible Punjab students get an electric motorcycle or scooty on an interest-free installment plan, rather than students paying market price upfront.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz chaired a review meeting on 2 September 2026 and announced a significantly larger and more generous phase: over 125,000 e-bikes, with students paying zero down payment and roughly Rs. 3,000 a month, while the province covers the interest and insurance. Applications opened online on 4 September 2026.

Earlier phases of this scheme (2025 and early 2026) required an upfront down payment, so if you saw older information describing a required down payment, that’s now outdated for the new application window students applying now should confirm current terms directly on the portal, since final published guidelines can add detail the initial announcement didn’t cover.

We explain the service in plain language. Service requests are handled only through the official app/portal below. We never collect CNICs, documents, payments, or credentials.

Three trips to the tehsil office for a birth certificate. Two more for a domicile. Four hours in line for a fard. If that sounds like your life, Maryam Ki Dastak was built for you — 76+ government services at your doorstep, ordered through an app. “Dastak” means a knock on the door — and that’s the whole point.

What it actually is

It’s not a scheme you “apply” to — it’s a service delivery system. Instead of visiting government offices, you request documents and services through the Dastak app/portal, and they’re processed and delivered to your doorstep. Think of it as the government coming to you, for once.

What you can get (76+ services)

  • Birth & death certificates
  • Domicile certificates
  • Character certificates
  • Marriage/divorce registration documents
  • Land/fard-related services
  • And dozens more — the full list is on the official portal.

How to use it

  1. Download the Dastak app or visit the official portal: dastak.punjab.gov.pk.
  2. Register with your CNIC and mobile number.
  3. Select the service you need and fill in the details.
  4. Pay the official government fee only (each service has a fixed, published fee — nothing more).
  5. Track your request; the document/service is delivered to your doorstep.

What to watch out for

  • Fake Dastak apps: download only from official links on dastak.punjab.gov.pk. Copycat apps steal your CNIC data.
  • “Express fee” scammers: nobody can speed up your request for extra money. The fee schedule is fixed and public.
  • Keep your tracking number — without it, following up is painful.
